Veteran Rites Monthly Mirroring for Empowerment Practice. This is a hybrid circle on the first Saturday of every month where we connect to the Four Shields of Human Nature, take an intention to the land from wherever we are for 30 minutes, and then practice mirroring each other's story for a few minutes in mini mirror teams.

This circle is open to Initiates in the Rite of Return ceremony and participants in the Veteran Rites mirroring workshops. It's pretty awesome, and it's a practice, not perfection. Great way to stay in the practices!

The special Circle of Return will invite participants to step into a Sonic Meditation and Sound Journey that will take participants on an inward journey of self-discovery and healing that will specifically target the energy centers in the body to relieve symptoms of anxiety, PTS, isolation, and pain.

The Seward Park Audubon Center is partnering with Veteran Rites to invite veterans and all those connected to the military family to learn about resident owls and enter the night forest in search of these fierce night-time hunters.

Veterans and Military Families are invited to the Seward Park Audubon this Veteran Day for a super-wholesome, educational, and inspiring night of Nature Exploration and good ole community.

We descend from the forest to the shores of Lake Washington where a bonfire awaits. We gather to explore, learn, and connect with our lands, our feathery friends, and most of all, each other. Join us for fellowship and enjoy hot cocoa and s'mores by the fire.
