Veteran Vibrations Online Frequency Meditation with Dr. Debbee Maraglio-Lynn (Navy)

Online Veteran Vibrations with Veteran Rites and Listening to Smile

ZOOM LINK

This Circle of Return invites participants to step into a Veteran-Led Virtual Frequency Meditation over zoom that will take participants on a sound journey that will specifically target the energy centers in the body to relieve symptoms of anxiety, PTS, isolation, and pain.

This virtual Circle of Return leverages the diverse genres of intentional frequencies that integrate mindfulness, sound healing, and science to combat the most prevalent physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments in the veteran community.

The Sound Journey

Be prepared to connect to the guided journey with decent headphones and set your environment where you can lay down and get comfortable. Pillows, candles, incense, eye masks all help enhance the experience but are not necessary. Feel free to come as you are (with headphones preferably noise cancellation).

We will be going straight into music with an opportunity for intention setting and reflection afterward.
